Pokeno Nutritional Park will integrate the development of road, electricity and other infrastructural components to maximise resource sharing. Senior planning experts will be recruited to determine a workable building density, floor and green space ratios and other essential parameters.
The park will also promote low-energy production, reduced pollution and high-quality industrial development by minimising construction costs and ensure high production efficiency, great economic returns and environmental protection.
Pokeno Nutritional Park aims to meet the global standards of professional design, standardized construction and functional support facilities by focusing on height, load bearing, fire safety, power distribution and other industrial components.
When developed in conjunction with flexible drying towers, designed plant facilities not only accurately regulate airflow but also provide a dust-free workshop that meets the high standards of the industry. The plant facilities will also be fully equipped with international standard testing equipment and designed to support both the manufacturing and the innovation of high-quality products.
Pokeno Nutritional Park will also incorporate intelligent warehousing logistics support systems, low-carbon environmental protection, functional diversification, stylish office buildings, product showrooms, car parks, industry tourism and leisure facilities. Additionally, the park will have an industry cluster public service platform that will offer an array of other industrial facilities, including testing exhibition, financing, logistics, trade, R&D design and common production.
